Information security policy

Inovacion LTD has established Information Security Management System based on and ISO 27001:2013 recommendations. Inovacion has adopted a process approach to establish analytical systems across records. These systems can be used to produce intelligence for service development and research. Our overall aim is to: Provide the best possible products and services; Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and to contribute to the evolution, efficacy and productivity of our clients Use data to improve our products and services through better information. We will do this by providing quality products and services that are delivered on time, bug free and within budget; Establish and maintain our position as a ‘trusted partner’ for potential clients and authorities who need access to data; Ensure all our services are conducted to the highest, appropriate ethical and technical standards; ensure business continuity and minimize business damage by preventing and minimizing the impact of information security incidents. maintain existing risks at their current low level Guarantee the highest level of quality and information security through the continuous improvement of the processes and activities carried out in our organization Guarantee privacy of our customer data in both hard and soft copy. To help us achieve these aims, we have implemented an Information Security Management System. The framework of this System is defined in our Integrated Management System Manual and it has been implemented using a combination of policies, objectives and process documentation. Because we implement custom tailored software, to our customers and because we take care of backing up their sensitive data, our management is committed to work closely with our customers and staff to develop and improve this system. As part of this commitment, we:

The Information Security Management System is reviewed at management review meetings to ensure that it is still effective and applicable to the organization with a view to promoting continuous improvement.
